A Small Town Mississippi Law Firm
At the law firm of Bailey & Womble, we treat our clients as our neighbors and friends. Many of them in fact are as we receive a high percentage of our cases from people in northern Mississippi who know us and who we have represented in the past.
Our law firm was founded in 1967 and is located in Batesville. We are three attorneys who provide a broad range of legal services to individuals and business clients throughout northern Mississippi.
While we are primarily known as a personal injury and criminal defense law firm, we also represent individuals and businesses in areas such as real estate law, commercial litigation and entertainment law.
Real Lawyers and TV Lawyers
We like to think of ourselves as the opposite of the lawyers you see in TV commercials. We don't make outrageous claims, but know that our success has been built on a history dedication, hard work and skill. We represent average people who have been injured through no fault of their own or whose lives have been derailed by criminal charges. Our lawyers enjoy working with people and assisting them with their legal issues. We have the reputation of being good at it, too.
We are AV-rated*, the highest designation awarded under Martindale-Hubbell's peer review rating system. Our lawyers are members and leaders of civic and legal organizations, including the Panola County Bar Association, the Rotary Club of Batesville and the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association.
